A pit in my stomach,
An aching in my heart,
When will it end,
Why did it start,
The days drag on unending,
Sorrow falls like rain,
I want you in my life,
I want you back again,
I'm lost in this confusion,
Drowning in my tears,
Days , minutes, seconds,
All creep by like years,
Time has no purpose,
The future has no day,
Children have no laughter,
Sunrise has no ray,
People walk around me,
I barely know they're there,
Traffic passes slowly,
I don't even care,
Life is going forward,
I am sitting still,
Praying for my happiness,
Waiting for the kill.
